These Terms & Conditions govern use of https://propertyustanbul.com and introductions made by USTANBUL PROPERTY GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIĞI LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

1. Who we are

USTANBUL PROPERTY is a Turkish real-estate consultancy helping international buyers purchase, invest in and manage property in Istanbul, including citizenship-by-investment guidance. We are not a bank, notary or immigration authority.

2. Website information

Listings, prices, yields, maps and citizenship figures are for information only and may change. Always confirm availability, title, zoning and official programme rules before committing.

3. Our role

Unless a separate written mandate says otherwise, we act as a consultant/intermediary. Purchase contracts, title deeds (tapu) and citizenship filings are executed by you with the relevant developers, sellers, notaries and government offices. You are responsible for independent legal and tax advice.

4. No guarantee of citizenship or return

Turkish citizenship by investment depends on official thresholds, eligible assets and a successful application. We do not guarantee approval, timelines or investment performance.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and photographs (except third-party listing media) belong to USTANBUL PROPERTY or their licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for the acts of third-party developers, portals or public authorities. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
